Senior Scientist - Ocean Modeller
Jenny has a background in physical oceanography and climate dynamics, with expertise particularly in ocean model development. Her research interests are broad, including the investigation of ocean-ice-atmosphere interactions, exchange between shelf seas and the deep oceans, and global climate modelling. At Cefas, current projects that Jenny is undertaking focus on the impact of oceanographic conditions for a range of applications, including water quality and aquaculture. Ocean modelling allows us to investigate a variety of past, current or future scenarios, helping to understand observations in a wider context of time and space.
