Pedro Warner

FISHERIES ADVISER

Pedro provides specialist scientific advice to government and management bodies on the impacts of anthropogenic activities on fish ecology and fisheries. Pedro's advice work ranges from construction activities in rivers and estuaries and their impacts on diadromous migratory species, and the impacts arising from coastal improvements and sea defence projects, through to the impacts arising from offshore windfarm construction and operation. Pedro is particularly interested in small-scale and inshore fisheries displacement due offshore construction including offshore wind power. Through this Pedro specialises in understanding the factors that influence the spatial and temporal behaviours of small-scale fishers.
