Latin America and the Caribbean virtual regional workshop on Bivalve Mollusc Sanitation, November 2021
The Latin America and the Caribbean virtual regional workshop on Bivalve Mollusc Sanitation was held virtually using video-conferencing software on the 2nd - 4th November 2021. The workshop was jointly hosted by the FAO’s Fisheries and Aquaculture Policy and Resources Division and the FAO Reference Centre for Bivalve Mollusc Sanitation, Cefas and was supported by the UK’s Food Standards Agency (FSA), Defra and by the FAO. In addition to experts from the FAO Fisheries and Aquaculture Policy and Resources Division and the FAO Reference Centre, the meeting was attended by more than 50 delegates from 12 countries in the Latin America and The Caribbean region.
