The occurrence of Symphodus bailloni on the south coast of England

Manuscript describes the occurrence and distribution of the wrasse, Symphodus (Crenilabrus) bailloni during the Solent survey in 2002. This species is believed to be rare in British waters, and this appears to be the first record of it’s occurrence on the south coast of England.
