Title
3D PLUME MODELLING NEAR PLYMOUTH, ENGLAND WITH DELFT3D: SEDIMENT PARAMETERISATION FOR A RELEASE SCENARIO
Publication Abstract

Delft3D model has been applied to simulate a scenario of material released in a disposal site off Plymouth in the South west UK. Hydrodynamic validation and release sediment dynamics of model is presented; different released scenarios associated with standard wave and wind forcing are compared. Importance of the associated sediment parameterisation is discussed.
