Significance:

2-4% of the population of the roach in the lake had this condition, all 5 year old plus fish. Other species not affected.

Lession:

Chronic inflammatory lesion with cellular necrosis, fibrotic elements present. Minimal compression of adjacent tissue, compression is localised.
