About 80% of trout on the farm affected, also wild fish in the river - Chub, Roach, Gudgeon, Pike, Grayling, Dace, Bullheads.
Massive infection in the gut. Heads embedded in the mucosa causing fibrous reaction - fibrous capsules were formed. Parasites were also in peritoneal connective tissue.
