Significance:

Unknown. Tumour on the top of the head just below and between the eyes, to one side of the ilicium. The tumour consisted of a substantial lobular growth, originating from the sub-epidermal layer, approx. 5-6cm in diam.

Lession:

Non-invasive fibroma confirmed, arising from sub-epidermal connective tissues. Autolysis resulting from delayed fixation evident although necrosis within the tumour is also present. Poorly vascularised.
