Substantial lobular growth originating from sub-epidermal layers. Approx. 5-6cm in diam. Evidence of necrosis within the tumour. Tumour on top of head just below and between the eyes to one side of the ilicium. Non-invasive lesion arising from sub-epidermal connective tissue. Autolytic change due to delayed fixation.
