Similar symptoms seen in previous investigations indicate toxicological damage.
Gill :- poor condition with excess mucus and blood; fusion of secondary lamellae, hyperplasia of epithelium,epithelial necrosis and separation of epithelium from basement membrane. Several aneurysmsm, and secondary lamellae showing blood blisters present. Kidney :- atrophied hepatocytes with significant cell damage evident in some specimens.
