Lession:

Kidney contained numerous granulomas; severe changes were seen. This consisted of necrosis and fibrosis with the loss of haematopoietic tissues. Granulomas tended to be more clearly defined with reduced and less intense involevement of the peripheral tissues compared to the shubunkins of RAP accession 733.
