Idiopathic lesion

Fluid filled cyst in the liver. Fibrotic region with inflammatory cells surrounded with a region of ductular hyperplasia supported by a dense connective tissue framework. This region gradually becoming interspersed with recognisable strands of hepatocytes and inflammatory cells. In some areas there is a clear demarcation between the lesion and normal liver parenchyma.
