Lession:

Cholangioma- large lesion with tubular elements with a recognisable epithlial lining intersperesed amoungst a connective tissue stroma. Periphery of lesion comprises of isolated hepatocytes, connective tissue and inflammatory cells. Adenoma- pale staining lesion with prominent trabecular pattern & vacuolated hepatocytes. Compression of surrounding hepatic parenchyma.
