Unidentified bivalvulid myxosporean

Uncertain, dependant on parasite species

Multicellular plasmodia within a small proportion of renal tubules. Several of these tubules contain eosinophilic casts and most tubules show atrpophy of the tubule epithelium. This is possibly not a response to the parasite since most affected tubules do not harbour infections at the plane of section.
