Lession:

Extensive fibrosis throughout the subdermal musculature. Possible neoplasm of connective tissue origin. This fish was chronically infected with T. bryosalmonae and there is the possibility that the muscle lesion could be the final healing stage of infection. Some focal necrosis can be seen. No infectious agents detected in the section.
